The visionary behind Somatic Marketing™ and The Systems, C.H. Believes People are every organization’s biggest asset; and they need to be invested in both emotionally and financially.

His philosophy is founded in breaking down why certain teachings and techniques work, getting to the root of the psychology of sales and business and adding a natural, authentic approach for each individual as the keys to developing sustainable, scaleable systems and teams.

Growing up and attending college in Minnesota, C.H. had little to no exposure to advanced sales. His first real profession out of college was rapper and songwriter. For years he traveled the world and ghostwrote everything from country music to rock music and hip-hop. Music became his language, and over time it became how he discovered and honed his passion of storytelling.

The bulk of what he’s accomplished in business and in sales he attributes to an amazing group of leaders and mentors including Don McConville, Cole Mitro and Tony Keathley. It was through their incredible patience, love and teachings that he discovered that he was not a salesperson, but instead a teacher inspired by the possibilities of developing people through sales, marketing and effective communication.

As C.H.’s colleague Sabastian “Sabs” Enges of Fenix Consulting Group, often quotes Theodore Roosevelt; “People don’t care how much you know, until they know how much you care.” Ultimately, in business or otherwise, C.H. believes we are each simply a reflection of care we are given.
