Growing up and attending college in Minnesota, C.H. had little to no exposure to advanced sales. His first real profession out of college was producer and songwriter. For years he traveled the world and ghostwrote everything from country music to rock music and hip-hop. Music became his language, and over time it became how he discovered and honed his passion of storytelling.
The bulk of what he’s accomplished in business and in sales he attributes to an amazing group of leaders and mentors including Don McConville, Cole Mitro and Tony Keathley. It was through their incredible patience, love and teachings that he discovered that he was not a salesperson, but instead a teacher inspired by the possibilities of developing people through sales, marketing and effective communication.
